- Marketing & Sales: MBA or PG Diploma in Management (specialization in Marketing) with at least 60% marks.
- Materials Management: Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) with MBA or PG Diploma in Management (at least 60% marks).
- Personnel & HR: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR or related fields with at least 60% marks.
- Security: Graduate.
- Coal Preparation: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical/ Mineral Engineering or related fields with at least 60% marks.
