ITBP PST Details (Physical Standard Test)

Physical Standard Test (PST) assesses candidates on physical measurements like

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is qualifying in nature and must be cleared to proceed to further stages.
For Male Candidates
- Race: 1.6 km in 7.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 11 feet (3 chances)
- High Jump: 3.5 feet (3 chances)
For Female Candidates
- Race: 800 meters in 4.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 9 feet (3 chances)
- High Jump: 3 feet (3 chances)
Exemptions
- Ex-servicemen are exempted from the PET but must appear for the PST.
