- Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the Top 100 in the Engineering category of NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation or the preceding year in case the candidate is completing graduation.

- Associates deployed in Andaman & Nicobar Islands shall be entitled to 20% Location Allowance.
