The Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has officially released the counselling schedule for admission to the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) program for the academic session 2025-26.

The offline counselling session will be held for admissions into Gauhati Medical College (GMC), Guwahati, and Jorhat Medical College (JMC).

Candidates who appeared in the SSUHS MPT Entrance Test on July 27, 2025, are eligible to participate.

3. HSSLC (10+2) Marksheet and Pass Certificate
4. BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) Marksheet and Certificate
5. Caste Certificate (if applicable; OBC must include NCL)
6. Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam (PRC)
7. Entrance Exam Score Card
8. Proof of Payment of ₹1,000 Counselling Fee

1. Counselling Fee Payment (₹1,000)

• Pay the non-refundable counselling fee of ₹1,000 online via the official SSUHS website:

2. Attend the Counselling

• Report at SSUHS Conference Hall, Bhangagarh, on 10 November 2025 at 11:00 AM with all required documents.

3. Admission Fee Payment (₹33,000)

• Candidates allotted seats must pay ₹33,000 online immediately on the same day to confirm their admission.
